  • Vento Goodness Finally

So as some of you may know, Sold the Mk1 16V, Sad but true. Needed something a bit newer. So i bought a Vento/Jetta Mk3. 95 Model, 2.0 Litre, 5 Spd manual, Air con, Driver & passenger airbag, ABS all for $3k. Good buy me thinks. So after some money spent, black hands and swearing. I have proof of some good old hard modding work. Hope you enjoy..

I Started with some of these..

The got some of these... mmmm BBS RS baby 16 X 7 front and 16 X 8 rear.

Then got the boys to do some aligning... Good tyre wear is what i need please..

And the final result...Which i'm stoked with. Total Euro please..

Please comment at will. Hope you all like it. Keep an eye out for me in Sydney as i'm sure most of you guys don't come up the coast..

P.S I got my new plate for it too. DUB 11Z. Hope you still have DUB 11T Peedman.. Kepp it Trill.....LVD

Oh man, you do things really quick! That looks absolutely awesome, Mk3 Vento and BBS RS wheels work really well. And you found a black manual example for $3K!? Unbelievable...

By the way, do you have the offset figures for your wheels, and any close-up pictures of how the wheels sit under the arches?

Yer i don't arse around. When i want something done i get it done. It helps when your mate owns a work shop with hoists. I did all the work myself in one day. The BBS look sick on it, I love them. The offset on the front is et33 and the rear is et24. I'll get some shots of the guards. It was a tight fit on the rear. Had to roll the guards. The coils are set about half way too. I had it slammed but it wouldn't roll..

The paint is AWESOME. One of the reasons i bought it. I was stunned he took $3k. It has no major scratch's, swirls anything. Only one ding in the rear passenger side door. Getting it fixed next month.

                              Good work!

Like the other guys have said...

All that's required is a FULL VR swap.
Your best bet is to buy a smashed car from the wreckers auctions, and transfer in motor/gearbox/cable shift/brakes(no suspension, cause then you'll loose RS goodness)/interior... Actual costs will be greater than what you paid for the car though! hehehehe! Been there, done that!

                              Great work though!
