                        Thats a nice clean version of a beastly model you've got (or had) there... I hope you did the right thing and bought another once you got rid of it!!! How did you do that by the way? sale? crash? moved?

                        If I go to the UK on a working holiday, I am so buying a golf regardless of whether I will need it or not...

                          If anyone is going to the UK for an extended holiday, it would be well worth considering buying instead of renting a vehicle.

                          Be interesting to see what the costs are for buying and selling, including the depreciation, vs renting. the added bonus of buying is you can get something a bit different to mainstream rentals, so as long as you shopped wisely and didnt pick up a troublesome lemon, would be a worthwhile exercise

                            Big advantage is too that you can pick up all your mods whilst you're there and then not have to pay shipping or customs for them if you have them all installed by the time you ship

                              Nice 3door

                              Ive owned 3x GTI's, 2x 16v 5door ones and the current 3door, good package with all the VR6 bits on them...
