Mk4 > mk3 ?

Is there any parts at all that interchange from the mk4 down to the mk3 maybe as a upgrade or anything ?

Just any parts in general ?

Just curious to see , maybe stuff like seats , cluster, maybe gearbox? Suspension, Window regulators

Seats need a little bit of modification to fit.
As in the underside, the actual seat size wise does fit.

No for suspension. No for window regs. One or 2 gear boxes will fit (v5 into vr6). Seats not really unless you get the welder out
