Hot Relays

Recently after a long drive i could feel heat from the relay/fuse panel so opened it up and 2 relays were too hot to touch. They were the
Load reduction relay
Fule pump relay


Any one had this before, and is it normal?

hot relays norm not a good sign. could be a short or a surge somewhere.
