MK3 and VR6 Parts, What is the same?

What is the same in a standard Mk3 to fit the VR6?
Or if it's easier to answer what isn't, please do tell

Currently needing a left CV joint replaced so will do both.
Also brakes shortly and get the ABS light sorted out.
