Hey guys,

Another update. I recently did a poddy conversion, didn't need any tubing. Just needed the filter, adapter and holder.

I'm currently going the whole Vento front end as I had a mishap involving a front ender.


I got the whole works. Lights, bonnet and grill from Gillzy.

Now the bonnet is silver and my car is maroon. I was looking at some colour schemes:

1. Get custom mixed paint from autobarn of the same maroon.

2. Get the bonnet wrapped in custom camo. This is the theme I'm going, if I got this route..


What do people think. I'm looking towards the custom camo..

Number plate back in the middle man. Its not jap and no intercooler.

Get rid of the pod and "swiss cheese" you airbox. Sounds better and goes better!

Like he the camo rap. Custom paint mix at autobahn is expensive go to your local autopaints store.

Just an update continuing from the Vento front end.

I had to replace the whole front end of the car including the condenser, radiator and the twin fan as they had also broke/bent after closer look.

*Don't know if you can see in the photo but near the green sticker, the housing had snapped into two pieces. And also behind near the twin fans. *

Went to centre road and got another whole front end and replaced everything with my old man in a couple of hours. Then flushed and refilled the cooling system.


Now I know I asked for people's opinions about the camo bonnet but I didn't go that route, mainly because of the extra *unnecessary* attention from the wrong people I'll be getting. So I decided to go with autobarns custom more paint.

Also the grill and badge got 2 coats of gloss black and a coat of clear


Ill post a picture of everything put together tomorrow morning.

Id paint the lower part of the frill ( the apron ) maroon though, easy as, as it can come off separate.. might have another goody you might bet interested in to soon as Ill be selling up soon
