wheel fitment advice needed urgently

my ride isa 94 VR6, looking at a set of audi s4 b5 wheels, 17x7.5 et45.stud pattern is 5x112.
If I get spacers to convert stud pattern, will they still stay under guards, no scrubbing, etc..car is lowered which should help and i would prob run a lower profile tyre.
Came across aset for a bargain and dont want to pass up if i dont have too.

If its the ones I'm thinking why not just buy the s3 ones which suit mk3 vrs

If you got small adapters. Say 15 and 20mm you'll definitely stay under the guards. 'Fitting' is personal preference though

They'll fit under the guards no worries, do it if you like the wheels and want to run them.....
