  • G11 is the old style coolant, probably current when car was built. I think they're up to g13 now. They're all backwards compatible iirc

Make sure its VW stuff though. The other super cheap auto crap can sludge up when it reacts with the G serise coolant apparently.

Should be sweet, if you are flushing and not mixing coolant it shouldn't matter anyway.

                • Hey guys, it's been a while since a posted because there's just not much going on as the money I'm earning is going towards fixing my timing chains/engine mounts etc etc

First things first, I need recommendations from you guys about where to go to get it all fixed! I don't mind paying a fair bit if I'm paying for a quality job. I've heard Seb from Girraween is great and the brothers in Newtown too but I'd love some more opinions from you guys.

Secondly, my friends and I are holding a private track day at Wakefield on the 29th of October (Tuesday) it's $280 and that includes official timing and circuit and drift runs for basically the whole day. We only need a couple of more spots to be filled so PM if interested and I'll let you know more details etc the track is supeeeeer fun and you're more than welcome to passenger in my friends cars for the drift runs etc.

Thanks for your help and I hope to hear from some of you about track day
