Has anyone had any success with "dumb" VAG COM OBDII cables specifically for MkIII's?

Yep. Mine does a great job for what I need. $15 off ebay. But it wouldnt work on a windows 7 computer... Had to pull out the old XP laptop which I guess isnt too bad considering I dont want to ruin the good laptop.Current: 2007 Black Magic GTI - APR Stage 2, Carbonio intake, APR downpipe and catback exhaust, RNS510, Bi-Xenons, Custom Red Leather Interior, Tow Bar, Racks and Parking Sensors
