Twin Turbo time

Seeing as you've mention that, I thought I'd mention a EOI for now on here, for a Supercharged VR6 engine.
Basically I'm looking at building a 12v S/C VR6 Engine.
Complete rebuild from bottom to top.
Will be a complete engine attached to a standalone ecu with a basic tune (enough to start an drive around).
If the buyer is in nsw, I'll happily show you my preferred tuners ive been talking to.
Bare minimum I can really see from it, would be about 280-300hp atw
I'll make proper EOI a little later on.

True, sorry mate.

At only three hundred horsepower for approximate minimum power are you just going to do bearings, rings and ARP hardware (plus honing the block and head refresh, spacer, etc) or go for forged internals for extreme durability?

I'm keen to come and have a chat and a look and a while your building too

300whp. Is hardly a 'goal' can get this with a stage 1 kit and the standalone.

If you were to be building the engine. Depending on your budget obviously. Just go to a 2.9 with stock pistons. Run the head spacer. 262's/268's and a custom pulley and run 15psi. Would make over 300 with that setup.

Alternatively. If getting forged pistons. Might aswell get the R32 crank. And get wrist pin height changed on the forged pistons..

I bought one of those eBay electric superchargers and upgraded to Hyundai excel spec spark plugs. Did a butt dyno run in neutral in the garage. Noticeable gains. Probably pushing 350rwkw

Just pulled the tanks and bags out ,Soon to be back on coils
It will be interesting too see how much water's in the Square tanks...

I'm assuming because they're square wouldn't be easy to put a drain on the flat bottom anyway.
