New key for vento

Hey guys and girls

I got a key ordered from my local locksmith for vento and they tried to code it to the car and it asking for a code, which I don't seem to have. They rang Volkswagen and they can't help.
Any ideas????

I went to my local auto locksmith with my old key. Took them about 10mins to code it and $80 later I had a new key.

You normally need a key with a code and they clone it No original key and you have troubles
