Stock suspension is the best, good for lows And overall practicality.

Can probably get a front and back setup for $150.

Did you have a look on vortex on what people are saying about CX racing coils? Everyone is raving about em

Otherwise if I were you, I'd try going something like HR ultra ultra lows, or KW's or something decent quality.

Lol. Clearly. I did briefly. They seem legit but I may just go with a safe option like H&R or KW.

nah don't go for H&R UUL. you don't need them

They're great though. So much lower than you'll ever be able to practically go.

I'd look at something from Weitec or Fk as well. Probably looking 1-1.5K

cant tell you how great my FKs ride over the tuningart i had, although knowing how you ride they wont get you no where near as low in height adjustment

They seem to make some nice looking kit. You will be the first to run them. 1552 do them yeah?

I was about to suggest looking at the B&G RS2's, but they seem to be the same sort of design as the CX. Adjustable shock height and dampning means you should be able to refine the ride quality quite well!
