Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before.     Where Is Your MK3 Golf Now ?

    Just a quick thread from seeeing the dying thread of a following members mk3 golf.

    Basically very simple Post up your car or someones golf you know of and where is it now !

    For example, Hawks VR6 Golf is in good hands of a following member now. So where is yours? Or post up a few that you know or where they went. Hopefully not cubed

    I also think this would be a fun thread just to see what happens to your car in different hands haha

    POST EM UP ! WHO ? WHAT ? WHERE?

      Scrapped one, the other one's waiting for a gearbox and rego, then it will be sold.

      Might buy a VR6 later in the year, and track it.

        Binned a VR, Vento collecting dust. A mate just wrote off his VE Calais so has dug his colour concept out from under his house.

          Crashed my old vr6, pulled it apart and kept pretty much every salvagable part (running gear, interior, engine etc etc) and sent it away as scrap metal. My new ones just sitting outside looking pretty haha

                i currently have 2 VR's lined up in the driveway

                i had a third but it got sacrificed to build the last 2 door VR6 that came out of loon's workshop

                some say i have issues...... i believe that to be true

                    If I were him the Calais would have been sitting under the house! What colour is his colour concept?

                      Haha Calais was v international v8 so had 270.kw and leather dvd gps etc... so I can see where he was coming from. CC is red, look at my vento for sale link and it's parked behind the vent
