That's disappointing and infuriating, what twats. Keep it as one piece for sure, surely insurance can help out. The paint will be easy to match as it's a pretty fresh Mazda 3 white (assuming Mickey actually rolled with that). Keep us informed. Any other cars in the area cop it? Make sure you get lots of photos (seems thats covered) and keep Mr PoPo wiell informed. Good luck mate.

I'd look for a better place to park than on the street ...although it looks like you have a few cars there
Also get a better alarm too...one that can pick up the vibration of a rock hitting your car and one that detects movement inside your car (unfortunately in your case, like a brick moving inside the cabin)

This sucks dude but there are some *****s out there that just hate P-platers, I know that some of my friends have had their cars keyed when parked near school and since then everyone takes their P's off and it hasn't happened since

Thanks guys, unfortunately i cant park it off the street atm.. im going to make some low ramps out of checkerplate to get into the driveway and just chuck it up there at night.
The fella across the road has video cameras pointing across the road but where my car was parked it was just out of view so ill be moving in view of the camera's at least.
Anyway today i went and grabbed a bonnet of a mate and chucked it on and i actually like it better than the previous one!

The paint on the bonnet wasnt great but its a wicked colour and after a clay bar and wax it came up super nice!

Took about 2 hours to clean the glass out of the car all the seats ripped out and gave it a good and proper vacumn hopefully ill get the windscreen in tomorrow or tuesday and then sort out a rear window.

Also while i was cleaning the glass up i decided to change back to my stock tail lights to go with the bonnet and the soon too come merc wheels that i was showing off at nats.
Pulled the hella blue magic tails off and gave the openings a good clean. and a clay and wax just because i like having clean bits that you cant see haha..

This thread may well turn into a build thread.. anyway how hard is it to swap a lock out of a door and swap the glass? the drivers door got kicked in abit so i might just swap it with a different one and put my door lock and my glass and window regs into it otherwise ill end up with one door with different tint on the windows haha.

I've never swapped glass before, but the door lock is easy as 1 torx screw just inside the door to take the handle off.

Shouldn't be too hard to swap those things over, I've pulled a door apart and it wasn't very hard, so theoretically it should go back togethor easily. Do you have a bentley manual? Instructions would be in there.
