    hey guys i got a little bit stuck on replacing the rear beam on the car..
    i got all the bolts undone and what not but now im stuck with the brake lines, if anyone has done this or can help me out and tell or link me to a page to remove the lines would be much appreciated.

    Hey mate, I've done it, not sure what your hung up on exactly?

    I think the easiest thing is probably to undo the lines at the bias block on the passenger side, leaving the lines attached to the beam.

    Also just undo the handbrake cables inside the cabin and let them pull out of the guide tubes.

      I did a rear end beam swap long time ago.

      undo all you can from the beam while it is still attached to the car by the 6 main bolts.
      if you need more room undo the rear suspention lower bolt so that it drops the axels lower.

      the rear axel is heavy. support it before you drop the 6 main bolts. i did it by my self with a small tv trolley and some jack stands on the axels.

      Make sure that when you put it back together that you align the axels evenly. you don't want to be crabbing down the road.
