Factory has 5 stud from memory, along with GTI flares, grill etc etc.

Awesome car, can't wait to see where you're going with this.

I like the VR brake upgrade ( I assume thats what's going on... I read it only quickly.)

Didnt get much done today, cleaned the leaves out from where the ecu is and put a new fuel filter on it, had a giggle as the old one was the wrong way around!

The plans, well there seems to be a fair few 16v mk2's and Seat Cupras around but no-one seems to do any real racing, either that or I havent looked too hard. Im doing a few bolt ons and keeping it street registered:

Rebuild the cylinder head with 276 cams
Change the exhaust, its one peice from headers to tips! Its also mild steel
The rear subframe already had the VR6 style rear inner sway bar so didnt have to change that, the brakes are upgrading to VR6 ones with slotted/cross drilled front rotors. Obviously a 5 stud conversion
Front subframe will be VR6 with H&R front and rear sway bars, strut brace and lower tie bar
Gearbox will be rebuilt with watetrac lsd.
Seats will be changed to VR6
                Interior stripped out a bit

Cant remember the rest as Sebs most of the work.

Its only 4 stud and has no flares just yet. Everything will slowly come together and Im looking forward to finishing it!

Did some more interior work over the last few days:
Pulled out the remaining wiring from the head unit
Pulled all the sound proofing out and cleared the interior of rubbish + money
                      Started fitting the VR6 seats:

Here is what came out of the car, if anyone wants the speaker wiring let me know, it runs from the battery to the boot.

So with a storm fast approaching I quickly rushed to fit the VR6 interior:

This is what I ended up with before it got too dark and started raining:

                      And my haul of money!

                        Looking good courtney!

Seans car was a perfect candidate for this sort of project!

Looking forward to seeing i out there on the track.

(hopefully I'll be out on the track next year, with my toledo ABF 16V, so i'm very interested to see how you go power wise. etc)

So the interior has been finished , the vr6 arch trims have been fitted and it got a good wash.
Brakes tommorow and if there is enough time a polish too!
