Nuh .. to my understanding OEMs are amber coloured.
they are P easy to take off. Just a masking taped screw drive from under the indicators they pop out.

If you want clear once you may have to ebay them..

Nice one Steve, a Stick for DIY is a great idea that way you dont need to hunt around to see if someone has already done it!

I agree its there we can all post and make it like the vortex mk3 thread, theres is really detailed and heaps good for knowledge but we need to do something aswell

well im not sure you can do much performance enhancing mods for uner $300? maybe cutting your airbox open or getting rid of it and replace it with a pod; decent set of plugs and wires; new oil; an exhaust would be useless, loud and annoying imo?; As for cosmetics, a set of lowering springs/grinder; some darkened vr6 tail lights (from me); a deep vr6 front lip (not from me).

What about those tint stickers for your tail lights they looked good and cheap too. Basically VR6 tailights for a fraction of the price....
