    Speed bump

    Ok so as i started to buy some parts for the car to slowly build it up, but lastweek as i was driving and then some strange noise started i thought it was the drive shaft, so take it to the mechanic and find out that my gear box is starting to destroy itself.. >.<

    so now this means i either rebuild or buy one, does anyone have some info on where to start looking or better where to get a gearbox??

    What's the noise like? Does it happen in every gear?

    Golf loon should have something laying around.

        id never drive an auto golf..

          You should be able to pick one up for around $4-500. I have one in my garage that I would love to get rid of but you should be able to pick one up locally.

              I'm not really fussed where I get one from I just need a gearbox.. Glad to hear that is not that expensive to get one
