Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

    How many 3 Door Golf CL's in Australia?

    Hey,

    Now I've seen the number of vr6's in Australia many times (something like 739 originally brought over or something??) but was wondering if anyone has the stats for any other model, like the 3 door cl?

    I had been watching all the car sale websites along with ebay, the forums and gumtree for weeks and finding one seemed even harder then finding a reasonably priced vr6.

    So am quite curious... are there even less 3 door pov pack golfs in Aus then there are VR6?

    I thought there was none - thought we only got 4 doors, and all three doors were UK imports?

      There are cl's in 3 door, no gl or vr6 (unless imported).
