Don't know how much your arms or legs are worth, but ecs tuning usually has pretty good stuff

contact evorobin or lorenz here on the forum, they "should" be able to hook you up. reason being is they do coilovers but I'm not 100% sure on springs.

I'm going to say what everyone says, hold out, save your cash and get some coilovers. You'll get low and you will get better performance, lowering springs on their own will kill your stock suspension anyway, the only other way to go is a cup kit but then your in the neighbourhood of the coilovers anyway. Get some hot tuning coils off the guys here if you want to stay local, you'll be glad you went coils. I am running fk streetlines I got from ecs and they are incredible, the driving performance is fantastic - you wont look back!

I've had coils in my previous cars and I don't wana go down that path again for my daily... I have billys in the rear and will be putting the same in the front so strut wise it wont be an issue... I do get where your coming from but it's not the direction I want to head down

              Merc.

Get tuningart coilovers or something similar.

My car has these and even though they are on the cheaper end of the spectrum, they ride better than stock evo 7, 02 Sti and in my opinion better than mk5 gti suspension. They have a helper spring in them which makes the ride extremely comfortable and not compromise performance at all.

All the helper spring does is keep the "main" spring under tension while there is no load on the shock. other then that the helpers dont do much..

are you for real mate ? no offence but you should lay off the crack

tunning art , hottuning , raceland and all them other rebadged coilovers are cheap for a reason

he is probably better off getting the grinder out and chopping his springs than rollin on cheap coilovers

cheap coilovers are fine if all you wanna do is go low and bounce around like your shiz is on a pogo stick ... but if you are gonna tell people they ride good and are extremely comfortable you obviously have never driven a car with a half decent setup .

I've driven/passenger in the 3 stated cars for the last 8 years. The ride with these coilovers is over and above. My 83 year old pop preferred the ride my golf compared to those 3
                    Cars also.

Yeh I saw those springs but din't act fast enough on em, plus there were in syndey and the guy wasn't going to post them, so that was a bit meh. Ive been offered some tuning art coils for fairly cheap so I might just get them and flog the rear billys off... Even though I said no to coils argggg lo

I was simply offering my personal experiences. If you have driven in all 4 of these cars as much as I have then you can criticize my observations.

If not so, I don't think you should so quickly think that you can assess my experiences and think they are made up or inaccurate.
