For that I would fit R spec tyres, race brake pads, heavier springs/shocks and delete the cat.
The seat is a Recaro Speed, bolsters are high enough to keep from sliding around but still comfortable for everday use.
Thanks for the welcome and also for your helpful advice you give to others about mk3's on this site. I did a lot of research here and was lucky to find this one with low k's. Managed to avoid the usual problems of mk3's because of the info on here. Stuff like the headlining is intact and all the window regs work.
