Some snaps from the mk3 get together on Sunday and a roller from dovw.
Credit to lanky for the bulk of them!
Noticed a major fuel leak so took the opportunity to replace the fuel filter while doing that.
Seem to be getting a bit of smoke on idle so assuming the valve stem seals I forgot to install when building the head then installed later haven't held up.
Good excuse to get the new motor and mods in sooner than later.

Fixed the intake boot that kept slipping off. Think it had just become too oily from the pcv return to the intake.
Also wound the comfort throttle thing back down as I was sick of the valve float. May have gone a smidge too far as I now keep getting a stuck throttle pedal on take off
Booked in to see a dint professional on Tuesday. Will see how much he quotes to pull all the hail and other damage outComment

Picked up this thanks to sneaky pete
1 piece closer to full black interior.
Few panels are so bad from the hail it'll be better to throw them out.
Front end will be getting some new 1/4, new bumper and new bonnet with a couple of custom bits and shaving.
Already have a boot lid in the right colour so that'll go on. Hopefully sort 90% of the damage

Ouch, hail damage never fun to deal with especially when bootlids are hard to come by for the Vento.

yeah its the worst.
have the black light, black visors, black mirror, black a/b/c pillers, black trim across the rear.
pretty sure I have black handles somewhere.
Just need to get the headliner done and work out if the rear lights ever came in black. If not I have a spare set in cream somewhere thatll cop a visit from the spray canComment
