Any panel beater can do it for ya, just a matter of finding someone for the right price...

Im planning to do the same with this one. Work without paint chipping ?

But yeah rayray is about right. All depends on you and your price with any beater.

I heated the paint up with the hair dryer (a heat gun would be much better... probably a worthwhile invsetment but i was completely broke...) and trimmed the fender liner thing that attaches to it a bit, then went at it with a hammer. No paint cracks or anything, looks pretty much perfect (although on one side on some angles you can see a very slight sort of bump which distorts the reflection a tad i suppose on one of the fenders :/ mine are convered up with the textured flares anyway so it doesnt bother me.

Did mine with a mallet, some minor rage issues and a bucket full of dreams.

                um... don't,

if you're DIYing, look at Might Car Mods on facetube/youbook just search mighty car mods guard rolling, marty and moog know their stuff, you need a combination of bravery and stupidity to pull it off. God speed.

I know this thread is old but I'm looking at doing this. I know you can buy guard rollers on eBay but am keen to know results from a mallet or the price they paid to get it done. Pretty much just trying to figure out the best way to do it. Thanks

Have seen people using phone books and cook books. Wasn't sure about it. Does it roll the lip or is it more for pulling the arches? Definitely an option if it works!

Did one car with a mallet, not great, one paid $120 odd for a bloke to come and do the rears, did a decent job. Have seen Ki11z with a mallet do a really mint job but must have a steady hand I'd say itd be easy to mess.
