  • Tyre advise needed

    Hi every one!

I was wondering if any one has had
any experience with the brand falken??

    are they any good??

I'm thinking this brand because I can get tyres
for under $150 and they are japanese
    at least.

i don't realy wanna go korean or chinese
    or spend over $150

my rims are the 15" vr6 ones

any other suggestions on tyres as
    well as cheap tyre shops??

    Thanks

I've got Falkens on my car. They are not the real thing but they are satisfactory for daily use. Another tyre you could look at in the price range is the Pirelli PZero Drago. This is the P5000 Drago with a new tread pattern - probably to improve the noise factor. The old P5000 Dragos were damn good if you could stand the noise.

BF goodrich are ok as well in this pricepoint. I used to have a set on my old 15" rims. theyre still roadworthy (just) and i put at least 40,000 kms on them.

I think they were about $160 per corner

Yokohama A-Drive are a decent piece of rubber, but, the R1 variant is not available in the size you need.
