leave em alone, What are they worth, if you dont mind me asking?
I have another set that I will be selling if you are interested. $400 pick-up in Melbourne, or $420 shipped anywhere in Oz. I'll admit, I stumbled across a good deal where a German stockist was clearing stock and he had 2 sets of these left. The best price I have found elsewhere is US$420 + shipping (~US$50-60). You would be looking at ~AUD$600 landed if you buy from the US, more from Europe. I reckon $400 is a pretty good deal for genuine Hella.

Thanks! The Colour Concept Green took a little while to grow on me, but I really like it now. Matte black wheels would really complete the tough black-and-green look.
My concern with colourcoding is that being such a rare and distinctive colour, it may be difficult to colour-match well enough. Poor colour-matching would really ruin the new look. Maybe I should get them coated with soething even if its just to fend off stone chips.
Golfer, I had looked at yours and thought of doing just that! On a different note, I notice an air feed pipe next to your indicator. Do you have an engine bay photo to show where is goes exactly? Did you remove the carbon canister and go through there?
BTW, these headlights are SOOOO much better than the factory ones, and they feel and look to be made very well. I recommend them to anyone!

How much were they as I am getting ready to revamp my front end
MK3VR6, I have another pair for sale. $400 pick-up in Melb or $420 shipped anywhere in Oz. You will struggle to find them for under $600 (to your door) anywhere else.
I agree with the clear film (but might need to get someone to do it as I could see me butchering the job)
I voted for paint. I want to see colour coded colour concept green hella dual rounds!!
I'm pretty interested in picking up a pair too, although wasnt planning to anytime soon. $420 is very very tempting. Do they pump out more light then the stock headlights??
MUCH better than the stock lights. A lot whiter too (my stock lights were very yellow). I haven't got them adjusted quite right just yet, but they are definately much much clearer, brighter, whiter than the stock lights.
