Hey all. Checking out a 4 door manuel cl tommorow. Currently has 215,XXX k's on it but aside from that, appears to be fairly clean & seems to have a service history (supplied logbooks). Just out of curiosity...how long roughly can these motors last ? I've had a few cars get easily past the 300,000. And whilst I only plan to own this car for a year or two, would be keen to know how many more k's I can get out of the car.

Loon is right, my uncle owned a MK3 which had over 400,000km's on it when he sold it (and was still going strong), maintain a car and it will last.MK2 - *Insert list of dealer purchased extra's/standard features here*
