Door lock inner..............fell out

Just yesterday i was opening my car via the passenger side, put the key in turned...nothing, then pulled the key out and the centre barrel came with it, just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and if its an easy fix

About $20 from VW.

Yeah mine broke last year.

Its a bit of a pain to get all back in.

There is the hook, tumbler and barrel.

just got it all priced up cost me $30
big props to vw for making a barrel that moulds to your key
