I miss my car already and it's only been 4 days without it!!!

i've now spent over 1/3 of my purchase price of the car again on repairs

So its back and it feels like a different car, the clutch is smoother and the release more linear.

i can actually roll my foot off the clutch now without shudder.

My advice is anyone changing the clutch in a VR6 replace this part. a $44 part cost me $490 (plus the $44 part)

ah mate,,nothn wrong with that part,just needed a bit of chewing gum or a piece of coat hanger,ask loon he has lots ! haha,,,

Was the extra cost for labour and towing??? ouch!

towing was covered luckily by my racv membership.
50 for a thrust bearing and 440 for labour......
