might be able to get one really cheap off ebay (US or something) but being quite large postage may sting a bit. Either way I;m sure you can find one on ebay for that sort of price, butid just grab the one from dub addiction

Means its a one piece grill which most of them are.
Standard grill comes as a grill plus a filler panel that attaches to it.

Also, my car shakes when I'm slowing down to a stop. Could it be anything other than warped rotors?

rotors dont usually warp. They generally just need a few good hard stops to wear off all the brake pad deposits
