Not yet. I'm considering going bigs steps, but at the moment it's just little steps...

They are a good strong engine and you can get good gains out of them. I reckon it would be worthwhile...

To date I haven't heard any negative words on that particular mod with regards to driveability, however, as with any significant airflow/fuel mixture modification, expect some change. The drive would not be stock, but much more fun.............

Sounds good mate... But I need new tyres, brake pads, cam belt and tensioner, and I need some dents taken out of my rims before any more high speed runs

Paul usually likes to drive his R32 instead of the VR6... I think the VR is getting worked on atm too...

We should meet up sometime after exams... What suburb you in?

haha, i just read your profile.. another IT dubber eh? Paul is another... Seems half the people I know who drive Golf's and Polo's are IT nerds

I landed mine for $7.5k but have had to drop a fair bit on since in repairs too!

Everytime I fix something it feels so much better though. Its as if finally the car is coming to be what it should be.

Ah yeah thats Dean eh? I've signed up on the mailing list. Most of the cruises are around the metro area as some of those guys are scared of getting their cars dirty in Toodyay.

Seems to be a bit of a MK V GTI thing though.

                          Do you use msn messenger?
