removing immobiliser from vr6...how???

does anyone know how to do away with the immobiliser?

I thought i saw on here somewhere that it was integrated in to the ecu and some code needs to be changed to remove it, maby that was mk4 though.

removed the chip from the key and taped it to the ring. then placed the ring inside the dash. problem solved and remote start now works a treat!
