Yes and No.

The mk3's that run 4 bolts should have a 4x100 pattern so you wouldn't be able to run teh 4x114.3's.

However you could get an adapter plate that runs 4x100 -> 4x114.3 which would allow you to run them with questionable legality.

I'm curious too. A lot of 4x114.3 wheels are low offset and coupling them with adapters might not make them a good option to take.
