I think if you search for the topic, it's already helped more people than you.

Anyway, I was using philips crystalvision globes for a while and enjoyed them. It wasn't an intensive bright white, but rather cool white, and a nice look as well as a bit of an upgrade.

Cheapest way is upgrade the bulbs.
      You have 55W/60W as standard.
Take out the bulb and goto a decent car shop. You can get upraged ones up to 120W/150W. These will plug straight in and give more light.
Technically probably illigal, but your lights will still be heaps dimmer than most modern cars and you will be able to see.

          X2

Philips make some very good bulbs, try the Plus 80's maybe?
We only sell the cheapo Calibre brand at Supercheap and the results are pretty average.
Autobarn sell the Philips (Plus 80's) so maybe give them a go.
Beware though, there gonna set you back atleast $60 a set

Phillips of ebay are fairly cheap, but they get more expensive the blue'r the light.

I think Blue vision is the highest colour temp that is legal (4000k) whilst the crystal vision seem to provide a better light at 4300k

There are lots of cheap options, but as they can break and make a mess of the light housing, I'd just pay up as you won't need to replace them any time soon.

Do you have single or dual beam chamber?

If you have single chamber get H4 blue vision 4000k and then get some blue vision or crystal parkers. The low and high beams share the same globe.

For dual chamber you will need to buy 2 sets of globes. For low beams get + 50 which is a H1 and for the low beams get H1 blue vision 4000k.

Also remember there is 2 different styles of parker globes:

Not necessary and actually detract from your ability to see as well.

I use Philips X-Treme Power which are the +80% globes. I get them from here Powerbulbs, have dealt with them twice and both times were great. Free shipping worldwide and the prices are about half what you would pay here in Australia depending on the exchange rate at the time.

                        Cheers, Al
