I purchased a vr6 on my birthday...

In March 2010 i sold my red mark 2 GTI and have been lost and honestly sad ever since. I bought a 2 door auto Hyundai Getz because it was there and cheap.. i only lasted five weeks before i flicked it. I borrowed a friends old corolla which will see me through until tomorrow morning when i pick up my
vr6... happy days.
i had read most post on here and was well aware what to look for. i checked it out from head to toe. Everything works, cold air, heater, abs...cant wait to pick it up... here are some pics i took on took on the iphone.[IMG][/IMG]

For everything to work on it, that's gotta be a gem! I'm guessing it's been treated very well in the hands of the previous owner(s), and the pictures definitely prove it - she looks immaculate

thanks all.. she is a great looking car.
it currently shares a room with a C 63 AMG merc and the owner has had the car from 12 months old so she has been very well cared for.

no plans as i was not planning to buy a six..... just about to start major renos on the house.
the cd stacker in the boot is not connected/working so will look at that and the radio lights are not working. i think he said after they put a new heater core in two years ago the cd stacker stopped working. thats the only faults i can find so far..lol.
the car came with lots of receipts and everything has been done. i will do my upmost to keep it as sweet.

I am starting to explore the vr6 now that I have had it for a week. An interesting after market addition is a screen mounted to the rear parcel shelf.

Somebody has spend alot of time mounting it and sourcing it unless it is a VW aftermarket part . I could not work out what its purpose was until last night on the freeway when I realised that i was not getting blinded by the lights from the cars behind.
