  • Mk III standard shocks - buy local or import?

    Hi All,

Need a set of shocks for a Mk III. They don't need to be anything other than standard spec as the car will only be used as a daily commute so my MR2 can be relieved of that duty (sorry for the heresy folks but if it ain't RWD it ain't a sports car ). Can anyone advise a reasonably priced source in Australia or would I do better getting my relos in the UK to buy and have them shipped?

Or if anyone wants to buy the car as is it's available in the members for sale area.....

    TIA
    Graham

Try www.ecstuning.com, they have Bilstein Touring shocks for about $400-$450 a set delivered to Oz.

      Cheers,
      Rob

Import is answer for all VW parts. Don't buy anything here - they rip off (100%).
