Like it's a hybrid or something.
Cause its actually a mk4 rear and front bar... You can do the conversion however its a fair bit involved, as you need front and rear bars, front guards, reo bar and bonnet. This also means that you will have to change your lights and grille to suit mk4
I'm soo euro even my missus is shaved...

        Chris's Project VR6- LUC34

We have the original front end, which has some damage, we took it All Coast Bumpers it is repairable- fibreglass, bumper & grille all in one piece. If anyone wants it for free, just email us to organise collection.
Thanks for all the kind words of encouragement

We are keeping both his cars, he wanted to collect one VR6 for ever year, 94-97, we won't part with either of them, but we will use the Black one ( Chris tried to talk us into buying it from him so that he would have both the money and the car-LOL) but he didn't want the front end on it, hence we bought a new front bumper and badge less grille, as he had planned. HAH44 will stay a show car only.

Thats OK, rebuild wise- engine just needs fuel pump fitted which hopefully, Jmac will fit today. picked up the new bumper the other day - ready for spraying, have the grille & bonnet already, lights arrive tomorrow, just need the carbonfibre filter to go on the Carbon cold air induction kit, then she goes in for her roadworthy after that to transport for registering then painting- hooray!! so looking forward to seeing her looking good and running.

                  Chris's Garage

Well, we have been working really hard, his garage is almost done,

Walls have been painted in VW (R32) blue as near as we could get and white, carpet (commercial) in Blue coming this week. Managed to get a good deal on ebay, 4 door cabinet in white with blue worktop, to store all his bits, his tool box is in there, still have to put shelves up for all his trophies, then the VW sign from VWw plus flag and bonnet etc will go on the walls. We will post photo's when finished.

cant wait to see the photos when they are up... maybe when both cars and garage are done have a opening with a bbq to show off all the work you have done to keep chris' memory living on.

                        HAH44 update

LATEST NEWS- HAH44- is up and running- sounds so sweet-we are soooo happy.
Jmac came last night and worked his magic- found a wire on the ECU was broken, hence she wasn't talking to Jmac's computer, fixed and talking.
Fitted new MAF, new Intake boot, changed activated charcoal valve, changed the coolant sensor which was sending a reading of -50* and sorted out a few other bits.Jmac is coming back next wednesday to work some more of his magic to get her perfect- BIG BIG THANKS Jimmy- the only person we will ever let work on HAH44.
The GREAT NEWS is we will definitely be there on DYNO day with HAH44 (Annie) she will still have her original bonnet and guard, so if anyone wants to sign her they can on that day, before we replace parts and put her in for a respray. Then parts will go on his garage wall.
