There was a Vento VR6 for sale down the Gold Coast a year or so ago. It was a private import from South Africa. I was pretty interested to buy it for a family car but it didn't have air bags.2001 Bora 4 Motion Sport now used by number two son

The green one you posted up above is one of my favorite Ventos. The owner is from South Africa and was featured in Eurotuner several months back.
Also, I just read this morning that he is putting the Vento back to stock and is putting it up for sale.....

apparently the engine bay is slightly smaller in the vento's and gl's to VR someone on vortex pointed out. seems strange though. You would think they would be the same.1983 Lotus Esprit Turbo
