I`d say you need a new a/c compressor and your heater matrix is leaking, so you need one of those too. Use the search feature on those two topics and you will find out what you are in for.sigpic Camden GTI Performance. VW / AUDI Specialists

might need to take it to a workshop with an aircon machine to check if you have enough refrigerant in it first off. if you dont have enough gas in the system the aircon wont even activate, and thus blow only hot air, as it has a pressure switch to make sure you dont blow the system up by turning it on with air in it (which will happen if all the gas has leaked out).
if ur aircon has been gradually getting less cold, youll need to figure out where the leak is and replace whatever component is leaking.

when you say it leaks water when the AC is on, where exactly does it leak from? inside the car (like into the carpet) or from the engine bay onto the floor?
if your AC actually works, then condensation is normal and you dont need to worry about it. its a result of the gas changing temperature from either hot to cold or cold to hot, i cant remember cos its almost 7am and ive been drinking since midnight.
but before we can say if its normal or not we need to know where exactly the water is leaking from.
does it leak water when you have your aircon ON but its blowing hot air or when its ON when it was blowing cold air?
when did it stop blowing cold air?

u mean car? then im pretty sure its normal.
as far as i can reason its just the condensation resulting from the gas changing pressure, thus changing temp, thus causing water to condense on the pipes. it builds up and drips down to the floor
i wouldnt say it a problem
