Brother bought a mk3 golf

My brother in not opting to buy the mk2 jetta has bought a stock '97 mk3 golf cl (but is a 2L, i though it was GL) and needs a few thing for it and i thought i would try here before the wreckers.

He's missing a parcel shelf, and the trim that goes around the steering column. If there is any leads let me know and i'll pass it on too him.

I might post some pics if anyone is interested.

Are the windows electric??

Does the steering colum adjust up and down?

The windows are wind up/crank. I will get an engine bay shot today when he's home.

my brother is most likely going to butcher it so holes are ok.
