they are pretty good, if you can get them for the same price as topgun, go for it.

if blackvr6ixeses leads come with proper ends then id get the topguns. I got magnecors from australia and they arent the same product as they sell in the US which is what i thought i was purchasing. they work fine. But they dont have the proper ends so are hard to put on with the standard manifold.

if you can hold out for a couple weeks for delivery. Id contact tmtuning and see what price they can do on a set of leads. Will probly be cheaper and better.

Don't expect any performance increase from aftermarket leads. You may loose performance if the leads are not good, but you will not gain anything. There is a lot of BS in advertising.n:

Ive got 9mm NGK leads that are advertised as increasing spark power by 30%. Bought them in Japan for 9500yen (about $100). They have rubber boots but fit fine, albiet rather snuggly. Hard to say if they increased power as I changed the plugs at the same time, but I can tell you that the combination of new plugs and leads made a HUGE difference.

I've been quoted $245 for OEM leads by a vdub specialist. Absolute RIP OFF!

Also, the NGK.com.au site does not have a part listing for VR6. Only 1985 - 1992 1.8L golf.

                                Ye gods!

Spose its a good thing then that I said yes to the quote.

Seems a lot for some short strips of wiring. Very beefy wiring.
