Welcome to the new look VWWatercooled

After much work and little sleep there is a new version of the forums running on more powerful and recent hardware as well as an upgraded software platform.

Things are mostly the same, but some things are a little different. We will be learning together, so please post questions (and answers if you've worked things out) in the help thread.

The new forum software is an upgraded version of what came before, it's mostly the same but also a little different. Hopefully easier to use and more stable than before. We are learning together here, so please be patient. If you have questions, please post them here. If you have worked something out and can provide an answer,

Hey mate, hit up Matt @ CamdenGTI on the forums (PM Golf Loon). He'll have what you need.
    Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
    Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

The clips should be the same as a 5 door one, there are orange ones and white ones that are different depths.

TBH I would just silicone the thing on, more permanent and the clips are crap.

Dont loose the trim, they are very hard to get.

Hope the car is going alright, I miss it. Run it down the quarter if you get a chance mate, I reckon it would beat most VR6s out there

There are a few meets and things hapenning around the place, check out the meets forum.

Glad you found your way one here, welcome.
