  • coilpack problems maybe

would your coilpack make your car feel as though its running on 5 or 4 cylinders?

iv been having on and off problems with my acceleration sometimes it feels great other times it has no balls

i cleaned my maf sensor with cleaner spray still no good
although when the car is cold it seems to run the best

there are plenty reasons why your car could be sluggish. have you had it on the vagcom yet? Does it actually misfire or is it just slow?

Luckily you eliminated the common problems it could be other than the coilpack. I'm jealous of your MSD setup haha..

Yeah my money would have all been on the coilpack too. If you want, take it off and look around all the black plastic really closely for cracks. Lucky you're changing it!

When replacing the coilpack, is it necessary to get a brand new one? Can anybody help suggest where to pick one up?

I think my coilpack is gone. Symptoms are stuttering when under constant light acceleration and thats about it as far as I can tell. Does this sound right?
