  • Gear Knobs??

I'm looking for inspiration in the gear knob area, gear boots too. Please post pics if possible and maybe ballpark $$$. Handbrakes are welcome also.

    Cheers

Easy to fit the mk4 ones? Im getting sick of my cheapo monza one which i cant touch in hot weather Wanted to get one from TM tuning but backed out as i can think of better money to spend on the car first.

        My knob

This is the set-up I had in my MkIII:

        - Momo Air Leather aluminum gear knob. Cost: ~$150.
        - Euro/UK spec. MkIII GTI leather boot with red stitching. Cost: ~$50 second hand.

That looks good. Simple and matches the interior.

Anyone with golf ball knob setups?

And to help out with your thread:

          Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
          Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

This is the knob in my wifes Mk3. Its beautifully made but can be cold in the winter and hot in the sun!!!
The boot slips over the base. If the car is written off after this weeks episode it wont be going to the wreckers!!!
            Cheers, Andrew
