Dull Highbeams

Hey guys

Sorry but I've got another bit of a noob question for y'all

I've noticed that when I turn on my high beams they seem to go really bright when I pull the stalk back. As soon as I let the stalk go they seem to go really dull.

The highbeams still stay on and are brighter than the headlights, but I just though it was a little strange that they go really bright and then dim down when they are turned on.

Is this normal??

Wow that's weird... as far as I know mine doesn't do that!

Mine does it too. Does it even with the hella dual rounds. Kinda irritating!

It because when you pull the stalk back you are momentarily turning on both high and low beams together.
