nice job though you need to get that nose down, seems you have neutral rake it looks far more aggressive when they're nose diving and also needs rake for decent braking.

The front is sitting fine, it's still lower than what it was.
I have an unfriendly drive way so it's perfect, no scrapes anywhere.
The braking has improved quite a bit as it doesn't nose dive even at that height.
Lower doesn't mean better and the car doesn't bounce like you see so many other lowered cars do.

If the Ksport coilovers are around about the same price, they'll be either identical or stupidly similar to hottuning and vmaxx, and other brands i forget, etc etc etc.

You can't really go wrong for ~$800 or whatever they cost..

every car from factory has forward rake and its designed that way for braking performance, i'm not just saying go lower, i'm saying give it some rake . . . but it does look odd being lower at the back regardless . . .

Yeah it's either the sub-$1000 range of coilovers or $1500+ range of coilovers you can go for. There's not much info on Ksports here but there's quite a few Americans that have used them. Search in the Mk3 section of VWVortex.
                  Past: Mk3 Golf 2L 8V, Audi 8L A3T.
                  Present: Mk3 Golf variant.

I have KW in my mkiv and hottuning in my Ibiza and to be honest, for daily driving I swear I can't tell the difference. And the price difference between the two is a lot of $$

If you can't tell the difference then you should have just cut the springs.. You wouldn't even notice...

Haha, as much as I hate expensive brand names, I have to agree. I reckon it's all about the little differences that makes it all.

                            OK

For daily duties my kw are harsher than my hottuning. They're both wound down. Sorry if you don't agree.

And I would know. You know why? I drive them daily

$850 delivered. Ring around for prices, the quotes I was getting were unbelievable.

I guess we will never agree on this lol. Cars from factory are awalys set up for comfort and have compromised suspension geometry. The damping on the hottuning coils is exceptional thus allowing the height I've chosen. Weight transfer isn't comprimised and the braking performance has actually improved. The stiffer springs have also improved how the car dives and squats making it easier to launch hard.
I feel that lowering the VR6 past a certain point will start to impact on it's handling.

Interested to see how "wound down" your cars are.
I guess anything too low would be harsh.
