Alright...so its been awhile since i last update anything abt the car.

Been busy with work and sch...so yeah..

Done 3 things to the car ... .

    1) Intake - Thanks to The_Hawk I went the budget Route for the carbon intake... most prob change the intake to K&N or Apexi Power intake in the future or whatever fits the cannistor.

Had to relocate the Charcoal cannistor to the top...Dedy from TopOne where i went when i was playing hondas was kind enuff to source for another charcoal cannistor as the old one didn't fit nicely. See the fabrication..tight like tiger! doesn't move ballz. Good crap..intake was cut nicely and placed under the bay for water safety

    2) Tyres - Jobson at Kingsford! 168 a piece ...Was the same price 2 years ago when i got the same dimensions for my honda..omG the price... but still..cannot save on the only 4 things tat connect u to the ground!

    3) Front lip - Thanks to Dub Addiction for their imba delivery ...Wednesday order from melbourne..Friday at my door..Thanks Tim..excellent service!

So yeah...that's all for the time being...still considering the suspension i am gonna get (aggressive commuting + occassional track)...Bilstein + H&R springs + rear/front sway + front strut...
    or watever...PM if anything guys!

Also as previously, i am looking at my exhaust upgrade...gonna put a hold on tat...(though i have an appt logged in next week)...its gonna be 2 Resonators --> 1 Muffler (Axel-back) ...currently thinking of 2.25" but contemplating 2.5" for long-term changes..which leads me to another can of worms...

    1) NA - Intake Manifold, Cams, PnP, (what else?)
    2) Supercharge - VF Kit (need to strengthen gearbox? Internals (lower comp?), wat else)
    3) Turbocharge - (GT28BB? lol...8psi? 14psi? what's changes require to maintain the longevity of the engine too)

Oh well, anyone who can point me anywhere is greaT!
    Thanks for the time anyway!

    Cheers

Nice updates, my suggestion is just calculate how much ur gonna spend on suspension. How much will bilsteins + H&R springs set u back. If its anything 1k and over, its time to consider paying a few hundred more and getting some coilovers imported or getting a sub 1k spring + shock set like a weitec 60/40 imported.

Ill let others chime in interms of power chasing but realistically if u want to see gains, ull have to pay a certain premium for it. But dont we all know that

Nice mods there. Good to see you didn't scrimp on the rubber. How are you finding the Adrenalins? I'm thinking about getting them as my next set for the R.

peedman - yeah man...i totally understand where u coming from. i was quoted 3.2k for V2s (omG) ...i got the H&R springs..so i would juz need to get the shocks (anyone!!?!?!?!?!) ..see how it goes..as for the performance..i care more of what is required to strengthen the engine before upgrading. As for the $$$ ..see what comes along =)

Trent - wanna know good the RE001s are?
hmm... would 1:14 in the wet at wakefield in a 101kwatw 950kg honda civic be a good indication how good the tyres are? =)

Yeh decent coilovers start at over 1k, when the dollar was good my koni's cost $1500 all up. Thats a premium some ppl arent willing to pay but i could afford it at the time so i said what the hey. If uve already got the springs then yeh just get some decent shocks, koni reds or yellows are another to consider.
