he didnt let it "deteriorate" he made it like that, this is an actual style of car like "oem+" is a style of a car.
i acctully like it and would have it no questions asked BUT i could never do that too the car especially if there wasnt anything wrong with it to start with

Apart from the paint there's no real evidence that the car has deteriorated at all, and I'm pretty sure the paint is done on purpose. I'd bet the engine, transmission etc are in pretty good shape. The guy has spend a couple of grand on either hydraulics or airbags so I don't think he'd do that if his car was due for the scrapheap.
