Anyone have any bright ideas on how to undo a rounded wheel bolt that has been done up too tightly by a retard at a suspension place?

I have tried smashing on a smaller sized socket along with some locktite - rounded more.
Is it possible to weld a socket to the bolt?
Will I run into difficulties if I try drilling it out?

Davo, your suggestions are probably the best things you could do... just weld a socket on there and extend the arm as much as you can.

if you have a dremel you could try grinding 6 new flat edges...smaller obviously.
