Paint code for my vr6...

Im chasing my paint code for my vr6 ive checked the plate under the bonnet doesn't say anything looked all over cant seem to find it its 1994 Vr6 some form of silver pictured below if anyone can point my in the right direction like a website or if magically you know it

there should be a sticker in the boot of your mk3.
Its located under the carpet against the rear of the boot.

On that build sticker your paint code should be in big letters

here is an example. Its just under the engine code

Just go to VW dealer with VIN and ENGINE number and they will tell you colour code. I was do that 7 days ago at Newstead. Took me 2 minutes to go there and find code for my VR6 red. My code is G2XM RED. If you wany you can call VW dealer (try this one 3364-1480 or send e-mail: parts@australmotors.com.au).
