I used to use & still do when needed, this stuff.

Bloody awesome on seat rail's. Especially the bushed style height adjuster rail's as on BMW's.

Get's the creak's out & I used to spray it on at every service.

Not a good combination of words to use in a thread regarding lubrication

                    Slick 50 grease

I just lubed my seats rails with Slick 50 grease last weekend... It's dark green and you don't need much at all.

"Lift" your seats to the highest setting... Slide them all the way forward.. Clean out the old grease with a rag and some WD40... And apply... Too easy!

If you're removing your seats from the car to do this be careful of the plastics parts on the seats (especially the side trays). Our cars are getting older now and the plastic parts can be brittle.

BTW: MK3 Seats are the easiest I've ever removed from a car.

HHS 2000 is the best spray grease i have ever seen. We use it in the kart rear axle bearings. Aswell as christ knows how many other things.

I'd never go without a can handy.
